We advise Lithuanian and foreign public sector organizations on LEAN implementation, strategy development, process efficiency, operational problem solving, organizational structure optimization, legal regulation of road and rail transport, safety, and other issues.
He has gained more than 15 years of management experience while working at AB "Lithuanian Railways", the State Railway Inspectorate and the Lithuanian Transport Safety Agency, which was established by merging road, railway, air and water transport safety organizations. As a head of institutions, he independently studied and applied LEAN methods in practice, selecting those best suited to the public sector.
An independent board member certified by the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance. He continues to strengthen his organizational management expertise by working as a member of the Board and Audit, Risk and Sustainability Committee of the company "Vilniaus vandenys", a member of the Board and Audit Committee of the company "Vilniaus viešasis transportas", and the Chairman of the Board of the Public Institution "Vilniaus atliekė sistemos administratorius".
He regularly participates in European Union and United Nations Development Cooperation Organization projects, helping public sector organizations in other countries become more efficient. For more than 20 years, he has consulted institutions and organizations in Lithuania, Ukraine, Turkey, Serbia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Macedonia, Morocco, and Egypt.
