The training is very informative and useful for understanding the process. The visual layout of its steps allows you to see insignificant actions and understand what is really important. This is a higher-level training that changes the perspective.

The training is useful because it makes me look at my work and the organization I work in with a new perspective, in my daily activities, and in my work to find ways to perform tasks more effectively. The lecturer is patient, diplomatic, and has no prejudices, 10 out of 10.

It is useful when another person - a competent external expert - looks at the processes you coordinate. It is an opportunity to discuss, listen to arguments, and check whether changes are being made in the right direction.
