Founder and partner of the organizational development company "LEANERS". He advises Lithuanian and foreign public sector organizations on LEAN implementation, strategy development, process efficiency, project management, organizational structure optimization, legal regulation and safety of railway transport, and other issues.
He has gained more than 10 years of public sector management experience while working at the State Railway Inspectorate (Lithuania), the European Railway Agency (France) and public sector organizations in other countries. LEAN expert who has helped optimize processes for dozens of institutions in Lithuania and abroad.
Independent board member certified by the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance . Chairman of the Board of UAB "Vilniaus uživatels". He strengthened his organizational management competence by serving as a member of the boards of the European Railway Agency and the VIII Freight Corridor.
He is constantly involved in European Union and United Nations Development Cooperation Organization projects, helping public sector organizations in other countries become more efficient. For more than 10 years, he has consulted institutions and organizations in Lithuania, Ukraine, Turkey, Macedonia, and France.
